I have unfortunately had dealings with BDO Sydney Transfer Pricing and in particular the partner Joel Phillips. As a trustee, Joel Phillips is weak, uncommunicative and very very expensive. He not only fails to return telephone calls on a regular basis, but also fails to act promptly which serves to, in my view, add unnecessaryily to his already very expensive fees. I wouldnt recommend BDO Sydney and Joel Phillips to my worst enemy.
Extremely poor communication in responding to interest in assets of companies being liquidated through them. Reckless & unprofessional at best, intentional & dubious at worst. This matter is for the auditing authorities to decide, complain is in the process of preparation as this current situation unfolds. Updates will be posted soon
Jonathon Lee is not specialised in Transfer Pricing, instead, he is an expert in bullying staff. As a so called manager in Transfer Pricing, Jonathon Lee's technical knowledge is skin-deep. Making people cry and bullying staff might be the only way he can use to show that he still has a manager title.
Please do not approach Joel Phillips for transfer pricing services as this person does not have proper ethic value, even shameless.
