Busy station. Come out and you get these free tour guides. as per timings they take you around for a walk and give good information about the places you visit.

Dangerously overcrowded because of narrow platforms! Hot like "hell" in summer as there's no air-conditioning! Cityrail station staff constantly change the direction of escalators causing maximum confusion & chaos! Desperately needs to be upgraded!

Dallas, the kind lady in the office went so far out of her way to find my wallet, successfully found within the hour , someone get that lady a pay rise, bottle of gin or just a coffee , great service

A very expansive station which connects to the QVB. That's a huge plus for features to set it apart. Can be somewhat confusing of you don't visit regularly. There's some specialist shops near by you won't find easily in other places. The station is well kept and clean enough but can get insanely busy at peak times.

Very efficient and underground. While well maintained, it is still a stark difference to the beauty of Sydney above ground which is a bit to get use to. It makes up for this by how quickly the trains get around the city.
