Great place to shop Im from Melbourne but on holidays to Sydney Ive been buying from sneakerboy since last year Ive recommended this store to a lot of my friends and they all seem to enjoy it. The fact you buy the item instore then getting it in a day or two just make you feel like you are getting something exclusive. One criticism though they really need to keep track of their delivery promises... good tip! GO TO SNEAKERBOY ON BOXINGDAY pretty much all of the existing stock are half price plus the store discount of 10%
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I came here to try on a pair of Common Projects and Valentino a few days ago. With no salesman tactics the staff will assume you will buy it, when you tried it on. However, if you do not buy it their attitude are not snobbish and they do not push you into buying something else.
Never in my life have I encountered such rude and pretentious staff. And from what It looks like other people have had the same experience. Both of the staff members flat out ignored the customers that walked in, except one who picked up an online order. Basically, unless you dress super nouveau riche, flashing Rolexs like theyre the new trading cards, and having Supreme brand everything. Do not shop here. There are plenty of other great shoe stores in Sydney with just as good of a selection.

After shopping at SneakerBoy for Years instore i made an online order! I waited x2 weeks to be sent a tracking number after being told 3-5 days shipping. 3 weeks went by.... no sneakers!!! 1 month later i still had not received my order and had to get a refund as AusPost lost my order!!!If SneakerBoy sent the sneakers when they said they would (not 2 weeks later) maybe they would not have been lost in the mail. The store Manager Tracy was very helpful which is a the opposite to my experience with emailing head office!!!! High End Shoes.... Below Average Service!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
