If I could give NO stars I would! Terrible service and communication between management and myself. They arrived 6 hours later than the time promised, after an initial assessment the day before. My family and I had no access to our only filtered drinking tap for almost 2 whole days. Job wasn't completed by them and another service had to be called in. Rude service and manners from receptionists, when I called for a refund and it was delayed for 2 days. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!
I don't know how this company has a 4.5 star rating... I should have actually read the reviews and gone elsewhere! I wanted them to fix some dripping taps (shower and sink). Was quoted $280 for a basic service. Expensive (when their website says from $88 and apparently there's no call-out fee - but only if you mention it on the phone!), but I accepted the price at the time. Then I was told he had done the shower, but couldn't do the sink because the taps were a 'bad design' and that we would need all new taps and pipes. Thought twice at the time about this, but accepted what he said. He then took my money and left. Upon cleaning up afterwards I found the whole tap fitting was loose in the shower and sink and can easily spin around exposing a hole for water to escape into the wall cavity. Upon calling him back he said this was how it was to start with (it wasn't) and it 'wasn't his fault' it's just a 'bad design'. Told me he could come back out to put some silicone on it but would charge me a call out fee and 'materials'!!! What a rip off, now I'm left with a bigger problem than when I started. Do not use these guys, absolute frauds!
Absolutely lying people. Had a call out for a plumber due to water heater not working after lightning night, he say its electrical problem so did not charge for the call out. The company call an electrician. The electrician did some test and quote us $2800 for a water heater system, if not a $195 call out fee. I asked the guy what the problem is, he refuse to say. Upon hearing this, he negotiate the price down to $2270 for the water system, told us our system was 36L (its actually 27L) and say we don't need so big, so 32 should be fine hence the price reduction. I asked him to put in writing the problem, and the quotation and I will seek second opinion. He immediately say no no, then reduce the call out fee to $45 (which is what the company quoted) and then left. We call our usual plumber, who quote he can get a water heater for around $1400 - $1700 depending on the size we want so we know the guy is out to exploit us. The guy is from Bankstown area. Beware, they are dodgy.
Got the job done quickly and cleanly. Was knowledgeable and able to drill through Caesar stone. Service was friendly and efficient.
