I have been several times with different injuries and the diagnosis and treatment has always been accurate and has brought quick results. The team is friendly, organised and very efficient. Ideal for treatment on a work day and the best I have been to.
Great staff who know their stuff, they were able to help me after I injured my back and get me going in time for a bike trip planned the next week. Also helped me with lifting techniques which have helped me improve strength and performance at my sports.

I attended City Physio after suffering from lower back pain during resistance training. Matt assessed my back and then identified the problem and cause.He set up a plan to improve my mechanics and muscle balance so that Im able to get back to lifting weights pain free.
