NEVER AGAIN! Shockingly RUDE security!!! The security asked customers to open their bags with no reason and NO RESPECT. I clearly just paid and held the products in my hands, the security insisted to have my own bag wide open three times (after I showed him only the top bit of my bag). There is no peeping and why on earth you have to see absolutely everything in my bag!!! It was so rude that I decided I would rather pay more in other stores and be treated with respect than being treated as a suspect theif there.
I've always loved Chemist Warehouse due to its wide range of products and amazing prices. But this particular store is a turn off!One of the guys (slim, Asian-looking, "gayish voice") behind the script counter is VERY VERY rude and speaks to customers like they are idiots and uneducated. Remember me mate, I asked for a Ventolin and I didn't know Ventolin is a brand that Salbutamol is actually the generic -- I've used Ventolin since forever so I had no idea there's generic, no reason to speak to me like I'm a halfwit. I'm a teacher not a chemist who hasn't acquired "your pharmaceutical" degree. That's not customer service - that's coming in for the wage. Look for another job that makes you happy.On the other hand one of the guys (tall, Chinese-looking) in the isles, despite not allowing me not to test the sunscreens, offered help in looking for a sunscreen that might suit my requirements. That's customer service. Apologies for having to mention gender and ethnicity this is the only way I can describe them. I wish i had remembered their names but i couldn't. This is for your reference, Chemist Warehouse.
Good for products, but very small space to walk through.
Some clerks are nice. But Such a clerk doesn't know how to count stuffs. So I was about to pay more, and let her know what she did. But She didn't even try to do her best to count them and then She got angry. I told her to count again, and she realised what she did. However, She doesn't know how to say sorry as well. I reckon that the boss of this store had better employ a person who knows how to do something.
Chemist Warehouse is one of my favourite places to shop, but this store is too busy and over crowded by certain people who come daily to shop for supplements and milk formulas. Who buys a basket full of supplements everyday? Also, I purchased a nasal drop for the infant, only to realise the pack was already open and the bottle was tampered too. I did not check it while buying it in the store as the store was damn packed and busy. Its a wholesale shop for certain people to send the items abroad, not good for casual buyers.
