The service is absolute rubbish. Please don't get fooled by the other reviews about this company. These people have great tactics. They respond and chase you up until you sign the contract, but once signed-up for the service, you won't hear back from them. My shipment has arrived to Sydney a month ago and these people won't even take responsibility to call out customs to clear the goods. Such a disgrace! Shouldn't have chosen this company. My bad!
