Absolutely horrible experience, they quoted me $20-$25 to steam not even half the dress then went to pick it up and they charged me $50 and the job wasnt even done properly.
Terrible experience. I walked into the shop wearing the leather jacket I wanted to dry clean took it off in front of them with everything intact and 3 days later the owner of the shop takes pictures of my jacket saying the hook on the front zipper is missing. I go there the next morning to try and resolve it but they just absolutely refuse to acknowledge they damaged the jacket in their shop and lost the front zipper hook. Don't ever use them and if you do remember to take pictures with them holding the item with no damage as proof before leaving any clothing with them because they won't admit to damaging afterwards.
Pricey, was quoted $55 for same-day service for 1 garment (literally a cotton poplin dress, nothing difficult) with regular cost being $45 which I think is outrageously steep, even if it is CBD pricing.
Deliver the garment which is not dried properly. Lucky I found out since it was feather jacket. What if I didnt check and leave them in the plastic bag and found out on next ski season. Request for a refund but refused and told me then need to check the condition of jacket. They took a jacket and redo the job even I wanted to go to another cleaner since I cant trust them. Charged for dry cleaning $65 for less than a knee length feather jacket and did machine wash and tumble drying without inform. Lucky I could get the jacket back in better condition but who knows what happen in the jacket with feathers. I requested half price refund($30) but kept on saying they had to do the job twice. Is that on my responsibility??
Easy location. Best dry cleaner I've ever been to. These guys are amazing,and well priced for same day service. I was really impressed with the customer service. The lady at the desk was so pleasant, efficient and welcoming.She can set up an account quickly so you just drop off your garments and pick it up without swapping cash. They are completely professional and work very hard with stains.If you are looking for a dry cleaning service in the City I recommend these guys.
