Brought the wedding band ring (Soleste) 4 months ago, it costs $3550. One of diamonds was missing from the ring (in such short period of time)!!! The clasps that hold the diamond are not damaged in any way and it is a plantium ring. Absolutely devasted not the cost of the ring by more of the sentimental value. The customer service is poor too, its been a week, no email follow up with the repair. I would never buy any product from Tiffany again.

Update: I just contacted them and they have confirmed for the ring, they don't provide a ring box nor sell one if you buy a ring, they just place the ring in a cheap cloth bag in a cardboard box. It doesn't seem what Tiffanys promotes which is disappointing.Review: First off staff were nice. I bought a ring for my engagement and was to deliver to my home except I couldn't be home to collect it. I picked it up from the store. Everything was fine. But the let down was not the service, it was that the ring wasn't in a ring box which I found was kind of odd and sort of cheap especially for Tiffanys. It was in a pouch in a Tiffany's cardboard box...but no ring box... Which is a shame. It sort of makes me question if they do the same for a wedding ring. I like Tiffany's. But yikes not a good first impression.
Very nice establishment and we spoke to James a lovely young man and the establishment was quite big and if they didn't have your size I think they put your email into their system and contact you at a later date or you could give them your mobile number and go that way a very big thank you to James that served us at Tiffany and Co
Went to Tiffanys in the Westfield today horrible service - was told to go to King Street for a round diamond pave engagement ring to match the wedding band and was told we have sold out how do two Tiffany stores not have diamond rings?! Walked into Cartier brilliant service, polite friendly and helpful and importantly had the rings - and they now have our custom
