I asked them to show me the options i have to tie bag on my bicycle carrier , they had showed me a strap. Within a week one of ends of the strap started coming out making it impossible to lock the strap. I took it back to them. They said that I will have to cut it or burn one end of the strap as it comes out and claimed that this product was never returned by anyone. This means that i will have to carry a lighter and a knife with me every time i use the strap. They were not willing for a refund nor a voucher so that i can buy something else instead of this useless stuff. I already had another strap which i bought from Mitre 10 at Bondi, which had worked for me for months perfectly fine. I will recommend mitre 10 but never the one in York street.
