High quality and fresh flowers, though pricey. Got a bunch of 10 orange roses for $60. I liked the arrangement.
Flowers are very over priced. I specifically advised the worker my budget was $50-$60, which normally buys you a decent sized bouquet. I was given a very average and small bunch and then charged $70. Im dissatisfied with the overall look, quality and the fact the worker charged me more than what I initially said I could work with. Would not go back.
My first experience with Pearsons Florist, and it will be my last. I purchased a dozen long stem roses to surprise my girlfriend at work, and when they arrived they were not fresh and two roses were close to being dead. I rang to complain, I was advised they will send another box of roses and that they want the first box back, I agreed. They had approx 5 hours to redeliver the new box, I received a call and was advised the driver might not get there before my girlfriend left work, and they asked if they can leave the new box at her work place if she wasnt there, a stupid request if you ask me. Luckily the flowers arrived, all be it the driver dropped the flowers in a completely different department and my girlfriend had to go searching. The new box was better than the first box. However because the driver just dropped the new box off he didnt pick up the first box (as per instructions from Pearsons head office), I rang again to advise the situation, and they said a driver will be there the next day to collect, and that they only want the box back. We were not given a particular time not even a time range, just that the driver will be there when ever suits him. This caused anxiety to my partner as she didnt feel comfortable leaving her desk in case the driver showed up. I received another call and was advised the driver was there, however it was lunch time and my girlfriend was not in the office, so she rushed back and when she got there the driver was gone, apparently he was let into the office and took the flowers that were in a jug of water and just left without the box, I rang Pearsons and advised he didnt collect the box and I asked for the drivers number. After contacting the driver he went back to collect the box.So as you can see this experience was not a nice one and caused headaches for my girlfriend and myself, it totally wrecked the experience.I usually go a different shop but thought I would try the premium brand of Pearsons Florist, they cost more and I would have assumed would have been nicer... how wrong I was.
I'm being given a refund for a combination of errors yesterday which is greatly appreciated. Order online.
