Pretentious n snobby. Honestly can't believe this store is still in business when online retailers stock the same brands but with more variety n BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.It's like they only want to serve rich or Chinese.

Always exceptional and excellent customer service, the staff are always nice, polite, friendly and never have an attitude or pretension. The selection of designers are fantastic. Im always offered a drink and receive great advice.
